With over two decades experience working in live theatre, Lori's signature style blends strong visuals with simple techniques, creating makeup that brings memorable characters to life, while supporting the overall production design.

Lori has a unique talent for working with performers, and she ensures that the makeup design always supports the actor's character, both artistically and psychologically.  Her greatest joy is using makeup to provide the confidence boost that many actors need to "go for it" and fully inhabit their characters.

Lori also has a passion for teaching others about makeup, and she frequently serves as a guest educator/makeup supervisor for local school productions.  She has designed multiple productions of Into the Woods, developing many creative solutions for the show's challenging quick changes and character doubling.

Her makeup design for Theatre Winter Haven's production of Golda's Balcony was awarded Best Costume/Makeup Design at the Southeastern Theatre Conference.

Additional credits include: Mary PoppinsA Christmas Carol, The Wizard of Oz, The Miser, The King and I, Oliver!, Singin' in the Rain.
